Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at spaceistheplaceart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Custom and Non-Returnable Items
All of our prints are made to order and produced specifically for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please reach out — we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase.
Wrong Address
If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, we can usually reship your order once it is returned to us, but the customer will be responsible for covering the new shipping cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can sometimes be cancelled if we haven’t yet printed or packed them — typically within a few hours of purchase. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
